Kid Feet

Sam is just 9 months old, but the past 3 months have flown by. (And I know it is proper grammar to spell out the words of numbers less than ten, thank you). I've noticed parts of Sam that have become less babyish and more little girlish... and the most obvious is her feet. To be sure, Sam is not crawling, nor does she have but two (see?) teeth. She is growing up nonetheless.

Sam's First Thanksgiving

Sam, like her father, loved her first Thanksgiving dinner - turkey, cornbread dressing (stuffing, actually, though it was neither stuffed nor did it dress anything), and green beans. Turns out her eating strike wasn't because of her teeth, but because she was just fed up with baby food.

Baseballs and Swings

We went to the park for the first time this weekend and Sam seemed to like it. I'll have some video up later this week about it, but here are some pictures. The video is of Sam and I rolling a ball back and forth. Our first catch!

Pictures From South Bend and Chicago

Sam has a new friend named Brandon. Brandon is about 2'4" 20 lbs and a very good stander.


Brandon shared his toys with Sam and generally made it easier for her when we left to go to the game.


Here we were (w/Brandon's mom Kara) before leaving that morning. Surely an Irish victory would await us!


Apparently not... my ND stadium record falls to a woeful 0-3, including the last two losses to Air Force.


Luckily for us, there is a bar right across the way, where Jeff and I express our feelings on the game.

Teeth!

I'm hopefully going to get more pics from our trip to Chicago, so stay tuned. In the meantime, I was able to get a shot of Sam's two little teeth.

Sam was hamming it up pretty good during lunch and I was hoping to catch her teeth (tooth.5) on camera. I didn't get anything of the sort, but I did get some cute pics. More after our trip to Chicago!

We've finally gotten our new iMac computer and I'm busy organizing photos and figuring everything out.
